I came into this line of work as a result of my own personal life experiences and challenges around past trauma, addiction, mental health issues, difficulty in maintaining personal relationships and ultimately with navigating my way through life. As a result of working through my own personal struggles, I continue to repair old wounds. This helps me to keep working on myself and to change destructive patterns of thinking and behaviour.
I have worked with people in a professionally supportive capacity for 23 years providing therapy, life coaching and a variety of other therapeutic interventions. I support people to make positive changes in their lives, because I am passionate about people. I believe that everybody has the capacity to change their thinking and behaviours, if they really want to.
